All we ask is you work with us (includes regular communication) to promote your business into the platform and accept business on an all good faith basis when it is presented to you.
Terms of the Guarantee
Account must remain active and in good standing for at least 12 months.
The account sign-up fee must be paid in full within the first 12 months.
Complete the installation process, including providing marketing materials.
Goods/services must be 100% on BBX and priced competitively.
Use best endeavors to accept sales and follow up on leads timely.
Promptly respond to all communications (within one month).
No refusal of leads or business referred by BBX without a valid reason.
Leads may include requests to sell goods or services directly to BBX.
Subject to “force majeure” events (natural disasters, etc.) beyond our control.
